AWARD WINNING CHEESE!

Although we have only been making cheese since 2011 we have already been recognized in the national and global cheese community multiple times. Most recently, our Mt. Tom won FIRST PLACE at the 2021 World Dairy Expo Championship in the Open Class Hard Cheese category.
